1.Go to Control Panel
2.Select Programs
3.Under Programs and Features , select Turn Windows Features On and Off
4.Select Internet Information Service to enable IIS, select MSMQ Server to enable Message Queues
5.Click OK, wait until its done
6.Type inetmgr in Run, if IIS window opens for you, IIS is enabled
7.View Server Explorer to see whether MSMQ is enabled
